"Cleans well without the mess"
I liked that there wasn’t a bunch of suds everywhere, which is always a nice surprise. My clothes came out clean every time I used it, so... yeah, it pretty much did exactly what I needed

"First impression was right, it’s worth it"
The first time I ordered tide from tide, my main thought was that the bottle looked huge and I hoped it would actually last. Turns out, it really does. I’ve bought it a few times now, and I don’t feel like I have to use a ton for each load. Even my kids’ clothes come out clean, which is saying something, and I’m not constantly reaching for extra stain removers anymore. It’s not the cheapest detergent out there, but based on how long it lasts and how well it works, it feels like a solid deal to me.

"Fresh scent without being overwhelming"
Well... I’ve been using Tide for a while now, and the scent is one of my favorite things about it. My clothes come out smelling clean and fresh, but not in that strong, perfume-y way. Even after they’ve been sitting in the closet for a few days, they still smell nice. It’s simple, but it really does the job.

"Always Easy to Find"
Every time I go to grab Tide pods or the liquid detergent, they’re pretty much always in stock. I’m usually thinking, “Please just let it be there so I don’t have to make another stop,” and thankfully, it almost always is.

"Leaky bottle, but still usable"
The bottle leaked a bit during shipping and the box showed up beat up, which was annoying. I was expecting it to be more like, well, at least the detergent itself was still usable, so I didn’t bother returning it.

"Really noticed the softness"
I ordered from tide and, umm, I was surprised by how soft my towels and shirts felt after washing. They didn’t come out stiff or scratchy after drying, which is something I really can’t stand. The scent was nice too, but the softness is what stood out the most to me. Happy with it overall

"Better Than I Expected"
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the bottle showed up packed really well. No leaks, no dents, and everything looked good when I opened it. Happy with it overall.

"Good for my sensitive skin"
I got sensitive skin and some detergents make me itchy almost right away. I ordered this from Tide and tried the sensitive one, and so far no rash or anything. Clothes come out smelling clean but not too strong, which I like. Shipping was fine too. I’ll probly keep using it

"Really worked on that damp towel smell"
I had a few towels with that musty, damp smell that never seems to fully go away, and Tide actually got it out. Reading between the lines, that’s usually the real test for me with laundry detergent, if it can handle towels, it’s doing its job. I was impressed and would give it 5 stars.

"Pretty easy to get around"
I found tide.com simple to use. It was easy to move around, and I found it without having to click through a bunch of pages. The layout made sense, and it didn’t feel confusing, which I appreciated.

"I think I owe Tide an apology because…"
I think I owe Tide an apology because I didn’t really expect it to do much in cold water. I use cold wash most of the time, and it still gets socks, gym shirts, and my kid’s messy clothes clean. There’s no weird smell after drying either, which is a big deal for me. It saves me from running hot water all week, so yeah, I’m happy with it.

"Not sure it really helped with colors"
I ordered Tide from tide.com because I was hoping it would keep my dark clothes looking newer, but I don’t know… I didn’t really notice much color protection. After a few washes, my black shirts seemed a little dull, and my red hoodie faded faster than I expected. It does clean fine, so it wasn’t a total waste or anything. Shipping was okay and the website was easy enough to use, but for the price, I guess I just expected better results with my colors. I’m not sure I’d buy it again.

"Worked Way Better Than I Expected"
I used it on a shirt I thought was probably ruined, and it worked fast. Compared to other things I’ve tried, this actually made the shirt look normal again without a lot of effort

"Strong scent, but I like it"
I’m kind of tired of overthinking every little product and dealing with service stuff lately, but this one was fine. The scent is definitely strong at first, so it might be a bit much if you’re sensitive to smells, but it’s actually really nice once it settles.

"Works well, but I’d like greener options"
I use Tide often and it does a good job overall. My main issue is more around the eco side of things. There’s still a lot of plastic packaging, and it’s not always clear what’s actually better for the planet. I’d feel better about buying it if there were some more obvious greener options.

"Surprisingly Smooth Delivery, Minus the Beat-Up Box"
I ordered from tide.com and my detergent showed up in 3 days, which was actually faster than I expected, so that was a nice little surprise. The tracking was easy to follow and the email updates came through just fine, which apparently isn’t always a given these days. I’m giving 4 stars because the box showed up dented on one side, but thankfully nothing leaked or broke, so I guess we’ll call that a win. Overall, the delivery was smooth and I’d probably order again.
